Your items will arrive in factory packaging; you are responsible for unpacking and assembling them.

Unpack, assemble, and report any concealed damage within 24 hours by contacting Customer Support.

They will wear shoe covers when required, consult with you about layout, unpack, and assemble your furniture.
A final inspection will be performed, and key features of your furniture will be demonstrated.
In eligible cases, your old mattress or box spring may be removed, subject to safety and hygiene guidelines.
