Here's the deal - once you accept your furniture, it typically can't be returned. There are, however, a few exceptions:
- If the item has a factory defect within 1 year of the original receipt date, and it cannot be corrected with service or parts, it will be replaced.
- Accessories may be returned for a full refund within 3 days of receipt provided they are in like-new condition.
- Merchandise that was shipped via FedEx/UPS/USPS may be returned for a full refund within 3 days of receipt less the cost of return shipping.
