Here’s what you need to know prior to picking up your order:
- Your order must be paid in full before merchandise pickup can be scheduled
- Merchandise is not stocked for immediate pickup in our stores, and product availability from the selected pickup location is subject to standard transit times from the associated warehouse
- Once your item is available for pickup, we will contact you to schedule a pickup appointment
- You must schedule your pickup appointment before heading to your pickup location
- Ensure that you have an appropriate vehicle that can accommodate your furniture
- Ensure that you have your ID, Order #, proper tie-downs, packing materials and padding
