Here's a list of important things to keep in mind before your delivery or in-home service appointment!
- If we have your contact info, we'll email and text you to confirm several days before your scheduled delivery or service date.
- To avoid delivery delays, any reschedule or order changes must occur no later than 4 days prior to delivery.
- The day before your delivery or service, we'll email and text you with your auto-assigned delivery/service window.
- The delivery and service teams do their best to stay within the window provided to you. Factors may arise that are beyond their control, such as traffic or bad weather, which may cause them to arrive earlier or later than expected. We ask that you select a day you have a flexible schedule.
- Remember, on the day of your delivery or service, keep updated throughout the day by tracking your truck here!
